Entertainment & Dining Destination

Parkside is a truly exciting new 600,000-square-foot shopping, entertainment, and dining destination planned for South Tyler, directly across South Broadway from The Village at Cumberland Park and adjacent to Faulkner Park.

Parkside is being developed by The Genecov Group, the premier real estate development and investment firm in the Tyler area. Genecov selected Omniplan, a top-notch, award-winning architecture and design firm based in Dallas, to handle the design.

Unveiling the Vision

Parkside, as envisioned, will be a groundbreaking development for Tyler, bringing a much-needed family-friendly, walkable, and nature-focused destination to our area.

Parkside will include retail, restaurants, entertainment, a hotel, offices, and more.

The Buzz

The proposed site plan indicates that Parkside, as envisioned, may include a golf destination such as Top Golf, putt-putt, a pickleball venue, an amphitheater, and a food hall.

The east side of the development closest to Broadway appears to be set aside for pad sites that likely will include retail, food, and an office building. The northeast corner nearest to Cumberland Road will potentially include several larger retail tenants.

A Sneak Peek into the Future

We are genuinely excited about Parkside and hope it moves forward as planned. A project of this caliber would be a big draw for people from Tyler and all over the East Texas area and provide much-needed additional entertainment and dining options for Tyler.
