This location was a Stage store that had been closed since the company's bankruptcy proceedings in 2020.
UPDATE (Jan 25, 2025) - This will not be a standard Bealls location but a Home Centric location instead. Home Centric is a new discounted home goods store concept by Bealls, featuring furniture and home decor.
Tyler shoppers will soon have a new retail destination on the E SE Loop, filling a big void a few doors down from the Walmart neighborhood market.

When Will It Be Opening?
According to a filing with the state, work will begin in January and be completed in late April 2025.
